JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and managing requirements of assigned projects.
  • Record and analyze change requests from departments, develop business requirement specification documents.
  • Work with the application development team, third parties, and stakeholders to build and deploy solutions for change requests.
  • Participate in analyzing and developing software system integration requirements.
  • Develop plans and test scenarios to test the implementation process of solutions and change requests.
  • Plan to deploy solutions and change requests to IT environments serving business operations.
  • Participate in other tasks as required by the Head of Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or higher
  • Have 01 year of experience in analyzing and designing software systems and integrated applications for financial companies, banks, and fintech.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Visio or other system design software.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate meetings between stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly grasp problems, reason logically, and propose ideas while working with business users
  • Priority is given to candidates who have achieved IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA certificates
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good health, dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to withstand high work pressure
