JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and managing requirements of assigned projects.
- Record and analyze change requests from departments, develop business requirement specification documents.
- Work with the application development team, third parties, and stakeholders to build and deploy solutions for change requests.
- Participate in analyzing and developing software system integration requirements.
- Develop plans and test scenarios to test the implementation process of solutions and change requests.
- Plan to deploy solutions and change requests to IT environments serving business operations.
- Participate in other tasks as required by the Head of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or higher
- Have 01 year of experience in analyzing and designing software systems and integrated applications for financial companies, banks, and fintech.
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio or other system design software.
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate meetings between stakeholders
- Ability to quickly grasp problems, reason logically, and propose ideas while working with business users
- Priority is given to candidates who have achieved IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA certificates
- Good English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good health, dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to withstand high work pressure
